Yarn haul!

Friday was my birthday and I got TWO Wal-Mart gift cards! So, I went there and bought,
Caron Simply(?) Soft in Grape
Red Heart Super Saver in bright yellow
Red Heart Super Save Camo
Red Heart Super Saver in Soft Green Fleck(s?)
Red Heart Super Saver in Soft White.
As you can tell, I REALLY like Red Heart Super Saver. I still had money left over, so I bought some pony beads and string! I will NOT be selling them, though because my bestie Cassidy sells them! Check out her blog @ www.beadmetodeath.blogspot.com. She has not posted for a while so you can read her posts and check out her prices. She will be posting again soon. If you would like to make your own Beadie Buddies, visit www.makingfriends.com OR www.beadiecritters.com .
BTW Beadie Critters has way more than animals. They have cartoon characters, disney characters and HARRY POTTER characters! EXPELLIARMUS! haha. Well I hope you all are having a great summer and remember, KEEP ON CRAFTING!

UPDATED prices!

Alright, I know you thought, "WOO-HOO! Crafting Kid sells hers products so cheap!" Yeah. I thought about the time and work and effort and money and thought I put into EVERY one of my crafts and decided to edit my prices, not out of selfishness,  I decided to change my prices because I'm so SELFLESS! If I did not make enough money to buy more supplies, you wouldn't be able to buy the BEAUTIFUL finished product! So these prices aren't too pricy (haha. Pricy prices!) but not too cheap either. (yeah, your wincing, whining OR you just left my blog) Here are my NEW and UPDATED prices.

Spool knitter

Introducing my NEW product! The super secure spool knitter! I used foam Popsicle sticks and an empty toilet paper roll. I stapled the sticks on so they will NOT come off and I hand painted it! This will cost $2.50. It may not be perfect but it is totally creative!

Yarn yarn and YARN

I'm going nuts, I went to Michaels two days ago and went strolling through the yarn section. Ooing and ahing at everything, pointing it ALL out to my friend.I wanted it all SO badly, but I had no money! When I got home I scoured the house for spare change and popped it all into my piggy bank. I have enough for ONE skein! And everyone knows one skein to me is like one small slice of apple pie on Thanksgiving day. I just want MORE! My friend bought two skeins of very nice yarn and all I could do was stare at it and wish I had some dough!  It was pure torture!

Well, on the bright side, I finished my nephew's hat. What I did was regular loom knitting, then when I was done I took one loop of the hook and plled it all out. (Just that one row) and tied it off. I weaved three strands of the same color yarn into that opening. I call it the Spiderweb Hat. I will post pictures later... Sadly I have no pictures of it on my computer right now!

So I hope everone's summer is going good, and remember KEEP ON CRAFTING!
Me when I get a new skein of yarn.....
